Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We are not able to fulfill orders to international addresses at this time. Stay tuned we're working on expanding our shipping regions.

Delivery time
All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Once your order is placed, please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery to your address within the US. Because every item is custom printed on demand, production and fulfillment may take up to 5 additional business days beyond estimated delivery times during peak seasons or high-volume sales periods. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Heads up
Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control. Production typically takes 1-3 business days before shipping.

Order cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered production and we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at teamtuzixyz@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
