Where we ship

We ship to the United States and internationally to 32 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas. If you don't see your country as an option at checkout, we're not shipping there yet feel free to reach out and we'll let you know if that's changing.

Delivery time

All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before your order ships. Estimated shipping transit time after that depends on destination:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping transit above. Delivery times may run longer during peak seasons, high-volume sales periods, or due to carrier and customs delays outside our control. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local government, are outside our control, and are not included in your order total at checkout. You're responsible for any charges applied by customs.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in USD, regardless of your location.

Order cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered production and we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at teamtuzixyz@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
