Our policy

Every item at Team Tuzi is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we're not able to accept returns for reasons like wrong size selected, changed your mind, or simply not liking the fit — please check our size guide carefully before ordering. That said, if something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right.

We reply within 2 business days.

Reporting a problem

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is the wrong item — contact us within 21 days of delivery. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can investigate and get it sorted.

Lost packages — if tracking shows no movement and your order never arrives, contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

All other return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

What's eligible

We'll offer a replacement or refund for:

Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
Items produced incorrectly (not matching what you ordered)
Orders lost in transit

What's not eligible

Items produced correctly according to the design and size you ordered, but no longer wanted
Wrong size or color chosen by mistake at checkout
Items that are worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Orders delayed due to an incorrect shipping address or contact info provided at checkout
Sample or promotional items

If a return is approved and the item needs to be sent back, it must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original condition. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in USD. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider once we've submitted the refund.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled or modified. To cancel, email us right away at teamtuzixyz@gmail.com with your order number.
